Performance analytics
Fitness, fatigue, and form on one chart
The performance management chart turns daily training into a plan you can defend, for one athlete or fifty.
Numbers that change what you do tomorrow
Analytics are only useful when they answer a coaching question. These are built to.
The PMC, done properly
Chronic load, acute load, and training stress balance plotted daily, per athlete, from real sessions.
Form windows that warn you
See when an athlete drifts toward overreach and when they are fresh enough to peak.
Time in zone
Every recorded session shows its time in each zone, from heart rate, power or pace, so you can see whether easy stayed easy.
Roster-wide weekly summaries
Scan every athlete’s load trend on one board and drill into the ones that need you.
From data to decisions
Training flows in
Completed workouts log load automatically. No manual entry, no end-of-week archaeology.
The plan looks ahead
Planned sessions project fitness and form four weeks out, so you see where a block leaves the athlete before race day.
Coaches adjust
Move a session, not the whole season. The projection redraws from whatever is planned now.
How the activity calendar counts
A square for every day, like a contribution graph. A workout is not a commit, though: ten minutes of mobility and a five-hour mountain day are not the same day, so each one is weighed by training load, not counted.
Load, not sessions
Duration × intensity². Intensity comes from your device's TSS, then IF or RPE, then heart rate against your threshold, and only then the sport, so an hour of intervals outweighs an hour's walk.
Done, and once
Only completed sessions count. The same session synced from two places, say Garmin and TrainingPeaks, counts once.
Steps on rest days
A day without a workout still counts once you pass 10,000 steps, as walking load for the steps above an everyday 5,000. On a workout day the steps are already in the session, so they are not counted twice.
Against yourself
The shades are the quarters of your own active days, so a light week reads against your history, not someone else's volume.
