HQ.training vs Eversports
One flat price, however many bookings you take
Eversports runs studio software and a consumer marketplace across German-speaking Europe and beyond, priced by how many bookings you take each month. HQ is $59 a month at any volume, and adds coaching, wearables and fitness data, which Eversports’ own terms keep off its platform.
What this page says about Eversports comes from Eversports’s own pricing page, terms (AGB) and help center, read on 13 October 2026. Prices and features change, so check theirs before you decide.
The short version
HQ is the better pick if
- Your studio is growing, and you don’t want the bill to grow with every booking.
- You don’t want a 12-month term that renews for another 12 and rises with inflation plus 3% a year.
- Your instructors coach members between classes, with plans, strength sets and wearable data.
- You want each member’s risk of leaving scored for you.
Eversports is the better pick if
- You need SEPA direct debit for memberships.
- You need a till that meets German law (TSE through fiskaly), DATEV and the invoices your tax adviser expects.
- Members come through Urban Sports Club, ClassPass, Wellhub or EGYM Wellpass.
- You want its marketplace reach, at 25% of a new customer’s bookings up to €75.
- You run courts, or want spot booking for reformers and bikes.

What sets them apart
A price that grows with you, or doesn’t
Eversports moves you up a tier as your average bookings rise, from €49 to €229 a month net on yearly billing. HQ is $59 a month whether you teach five classes a week or fifty.
Contract and yearly increases
Eversports’ terms set 12-month subscriptions that renew for 12 months unless cancelled in writing 60 days ahead, and raise prices each year by Austrian inflation plus 3%. HQ is monthly or yearly, and you cancel from the billing page.
Training data
Eversports’ terms (AGB §9) ask studios not to process health-related data through its software. HQ is built for it: members connect a watch, ring or scale, and a coach they accept sees their training load, HRV and sleep.
Where Eversports is ahead
SEPA direct debit, a till that meets German law, DATEV, aggregator connections, spot booking and a marketplace with real reach. For a studio that depends on those, it fits better today.
Moving from Eversports
-
Export your customers
Eversports exports all customers to Excel, along with active memberships, invoices and financial reports.
-
Give notice in time
Contracts signed since October 2024 need written notice 60 days before the 12 months end, or they renew for another 12.
-
Start on HQ
Gym & Studio is 14 days free, then $59 a month or $590 a year, with no contract to sign.
Questions
- Is HQ priced in euros?
- Not yet. HQ’s own plans are billed in US dollars. The prices you charge your members can be in euros.
- Does HQ support SEPA direct debit?
- Not yet. Members pay by card through Stripe.
- Is HQ’s point of sale a certified German till?
- No. HQ records sales, stock and account credit, but has no TSE. If German till law applies to your counter sales, plan for that before you move them.
- Can members still come through Urban Sports Club?
- HQ has no aggregator connection, so those check-ins would need handling outside HQ.
