What sets them apart
Counting members
Zen Planner Studio moves through eight price steps by active members, from $99 to $289 a month, and the website, Engage and the branded app add $99, $249 and $39. HQ is $59 a month whether you have 40 members or 400.
Prices you can see
Zen Planner publishes no processing rates and quotes multi-location pricing, and the only way in is a demo. HQ publishes its price, uses Stripe’s standard rate, and starts with 14 days free.
Training data, too
Zen Planner lists no wearable connection. On HQ a coach plans each member’s sessions and sees what their watch, ring and scale recorded.
Where Zen Planner is ahead
A martial arts curriculum, SugarWOD, marketing automation with AI, corporate wellness networks, a choice of processor, and twenty years of history.
