Training plans

A plan is a reusable block of workouts. Save your edits, select athletes and a start date, then assign it to their calendars. You can train it yourself too. Assigned calendar sessions can be edited individually; removing an assignment keeps completed sessions.

Reusable multi-week plans. Assign one to several athletes at once from any start date. Every session lands on their calendar, and you can take it back off without touching what they've already done.

Training plans

A plan is weeks of sessions you write for yourself, from empty weeks or a ready-made start. Put it on your calendar from any Monday. When you edit the plan, the sessions still to come change with it; sessions you have done or changed on the calendar stay as they are. Plans your coach assigns are theirs to change.

Plan your own weeks of training, from scratch or from a ready-made start. Put a plan on your calendar from any Monday, and change it whenever you like: the sessions still to come follow.

Drag onto a day, or use its + button: WU means warm-up, CD means cool-down, Z1–Z5 are effort zones, and RPE is perceived effort from 1 to 10. FTP is threshold cycling power; HR is heart rate in beats per minute. For example, 5x (4m hard, 2m easy) repeats both steps five times.
